This will be an informal gathering—a chance to stop by, connect, and share meaningful moments as we reflect on another year of strength, perseverance, and togetherness. We are proud of our immigrant taxi drivers and their families, whose contributions to San Diego deserve recognition.​

New Grant Announcement: Access for All

We are also excited to share special news during this event: UTWSD is launching a new one-year grant with FACT (Facilitating Access to Coordinated Transportation). This initiative focuses on promoting Access for All by expanding the use of Wheelchair Accessible Taxis across San Diego, particularly at San Diego airport and major public transit hubs. This is a major step forward in ensuring equitable transportation for everyone in our city.​
