Public Safety Committee Victory!

We’re headed to City Council!! Over 400 drivers came to support yesterday’s Public Safety meeting! Permit holders came three hours early to take almost all the seats in the Council room but we ended up filling three overflow rooms to capacity after having a line wrapped around City Hall like nothing we’ve seen before!!

Thank to all the brave drivers who showed up and spoke out for a better taxi industry that benefits everyone, not just a few! We couldn’t have done this without you! Thank you to Councilmember Emerald, Cole, Harris and Kersey for all your hard work and sending this to full Council! Solidarity, UTWSD
